The Duck

A 10-inch (25cm) square produces a duck that is 9 1/2 inches (24cm) long from beak to tail.

1. Precrease one diagonal. Valley-fold edges to centerline.

2. Mountain-fold in half.

3. Rotate to horizontal

4. Valley-fold neck upward.

5. Valley-fold rear of body to form tail and neck to form head. As a variation, return the model to its position in step 4 and perform steps 4 and 5 with reverse-folds.
