The Origami Frog

In the Japanese culture frogs are believed to bring luck. The Japanese word for frog, kaeru, also means 'to return'. One meaning of return is to get something back, for example money. It is for this reason that Japanses businesspeople have an origami frog in their pocket when they go to meetings. They hope the frog will bring them luck and fortune.

The trick with an origami frog is to gently press it on the back and it will hop.
